Steps to Ordering Your Doc Bumper

1.    Determine the lengths and quantity you need. Since Doc Bumpers are there to protect your boat from hitting up against the dock or piling, it is only necessary to put Doc Bumpers on the areas where you moor your boat.

2.    If ordering for pilings, you want to make sure that your Doc Bumper is in the water during low and high tides.  So during low tide, measure just below the water line to above the high tide water line on your piling. This would determine the length.

3.     Determine how many Doc Bumpers you need by counting the pilings your boat commonly comes in contact with.

4.     If you are ordering for a floating dock, you will need to determine if you need a corner covered or just straight sides.  All floating dock corners are made 1 ft. X 1 ft.  The straight pieces are made in custom lengths.

5.    If you have an unusual angle or slightly different dock, contact us for custom designs. There is no additional cost at this time for special request but that is subject to change depending on difficulty of request.
